Research use only
All products sold by ELYTHION LABS are supplied strictly for laboratory research and in vitro testing purposes only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, diagnostic, therapeutic, clinical, food, drug, medical-device, cosmetic, or other unapproved use.
The buyer acknowledges that the products have not been tested by ELYTHION LABS for safety or efficacy for any human or animal use and represents that all handling, storage, testing, use, manufacture, and disposition will comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Age and expertise
By placing an order, the purchaser confirms that they are at least 18 years old and possess the knowledge, training, facilities, and equipment necessary to safely receive, handle, store, and use research compounds.
Right to refuse or cancel an order
ELYTHION LABS reserves the right to refuse, hold, or cancel an order when there is reason to believe a product may be used in a manner inconsistent with laboratory research, when a purchaser communicates an intent to misuse a product, when payment cannot be verified, or when fulfillment would violate applicable law or policy.

Payments and fulfillment
Available payment methods depend on destination and the payment services enabled at checkout. Offline or cryptocurrency payments are not considered complete until funds are confirmed. Orders are subject to availability and order acceptance.

Returns and refunds

ELYTHION LABS is not responsible for misuse, mishandling, improper storage, unauthorized application, or use inconsistent with these terms. Compounds described on this website have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for the purposes of diagnosing, treating, curing, or preventing disease.
