Returns and refunds.

All sales are final. ELYTHION LABS does not accept returns and does not issue refunds.

Because the products are research materials whose storage, handling, and chain of custody cannot be verified after delivery, returned products cannot be accepted back into inventory.

Order issues

If an order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or appears to have a fulfillment error, contact support@elythionlabs.com promptly with the order number and supporting photographs or other relevant information so the issue can be reviewed.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
